We are all extremely committed to our work and when deadline beckons we work overtime to meet client deliverable.You must be great (not good) at what you do, we are a small team and only exceptional people survive the first month. No we don’t have a culture of "its not my job", so you could be pitching in for anything that is vital for the company, though mostly it would be some path breaking work.
