Customer Centric Approach:

• Once you Conform the project, you will get an introductory call from our customer support team in 24 to 48 hours to introduce you to the Project Manager and Our CRM. They will give you quick start training on the CRM if you required. Our CRM is simple and easy to use.
• One Project Manager will be assigned to the project to manage the communication and project delivery. He/ She will call you to discuss and conclude the scope and assign the project to Project Delivery Team.
• Project Delivery Team will start working on the requirement using Development Center.
• Throughout the project your project manager will be your single point contact for your project. They will update you the progress on each milestone and conduct review meeting with you for milestone approval. You can get update of the project real-time using our CRM.
• Each project manager manage maximum of 7 projects at a time so that they get enough time to manage your project and give you full attention throughout the project.
• Once the project is delivered, the PM will give you couple of hours training on how to use the system.
• If you are in AMC you can login to the CRM anytime to post a ticket to get on time support.
