Customizations - Pricing may vary according to the client’s demand for extra or special requirements or features.
Tax - Taxes at present are nil. If the Government imposes direct / indirect taxes the same will be applicable over & above the quoted price.
Source code - Source Code of programs / applications are not part of the project deliverables.
Payment Terms - 100% payment along with the purchase order. After the installation of the software, activation will be done by technical executive.
Payment Mode - We accept payment by valid Cheque, Cash and Wire Transfer only.
Other Product Licenses - Third Party products such as MySQL, PHP and Apache server have to be licensed separately from the respective vendor. The point of sale module can work with the FREE edition of this software’s. Other than Skytex 1.0 software, we will not install/support any other software’s in customer place.
Order Acceptance - We will review the purchase order and will communicate the order acceptance including the terms and conditions. Only on order acceptance and on realization of advance, the project commencement date will be discussed. The complete details of the order are in this commercial proposal and there is no other arrangement between the parties.
Delivery - As per implementation schedule and project plan discussed during project kick-off.
Support - The support & maintenance will provide in the following manner, this support comes along with standard skytex1.0 purchase.
- 3 days onsite support.
- 7 days telephonic support. For more support, you need to come under AMC.
Edition Up gradation - If there are any changes in the deployment architecture or the solution capability, additional commercials apply when the edition needs to be upgraded.
Data Migration - If migration taken by our side, verifying the migrated data and giving approval to use the migrated data is the responsibility of customer.
Reinstallation - if sometimes the software corrupted by System failure, virus etc., then you have to pay reinstallation as 75% of the software cost. This cost is 50% for the customer who is under AMC.
Travel, boarding and lodging expenses - The travel, boarding and lodging charges are applicable to customers. These charges will be denoted in the bill.
